About The Victor House
The Victor House provides temporary housing for male individuals of Auglaize County as they work towards independent and successful living, giving individuals hope for a better future.
Our program serves two to six men at a time for a duration of six to twelve months. Personalized success plans are created for each resident and strict rules will be enforced with clearly defined consequences. There is a zero tolerance policy in place for drugs, alcohol, and any other mood-altering substances. Random drug and alcohol screenings will be conducted frequently. A house monitor is on-site 24/7 as an available resource to the residents.
Commitments will be required to programs such as AA, NA, Celebrate Recovery, professional counseling, Bible study, church attendance, etc. Our belief is and always will be that true transformation comes through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Residents will also be required to complete daily chores, be involved in or obtain employment, and attend life-skill classes.
We do not accept persons convicted of violent crimes, arson, or sex-related offenses.
“I, the Lord, have called you to demonstrate my righteousness... You will open the eyes of the blind. You will free the captives from prison, releasing those who sit in dark dungeons."
